MANAGEMENT (NON-LIFE)
The Industrial Relations scenario in the country has undergone a change.
However, Public Sector Companies still face challenges in dealing with unions
and errant employees. Officers working in Personnel and Industrial Relations
department require special training in Legal, Procedural and Behavioural aspects
of Industrial Relations and officers especially dealing with H.R. Court Cases at
ROs/HO are required to update and acquaint themselves with the procedures and
practices followed in High Courts/Supreme Courts.
At the end
of the programme, the participants will be able to:

Preparation of charge-sheets, daily proceeding reports, interrogating
witnesses and verification of documents

Preparation of Enquiry Report, Penalty Order, Appeal and Memorial Orders.

Principles of consistency & progressive discipline
Ø
Managing the employee in the workplace after a disciplinary hearing (in
the absence of a dismissal)
Ø
Role of Consultant Advocate, Role of Dealing Officers in Court Cases and
efforts required for defending the cases
Ø
Exhaustive case studies with examples.

Interactive session with practical applications including conduct of
Mock Enquiry

Co-ordination with CBI /CVC and compliances
