Middle level executives working in technical and administrative functions play an important role in support services to enhance business performance. These executives must update their managerial skills in order to stay relevant in changing business context. This programme is intended to help the participants in developing managerial skills essential to perform their role effectively.

Due to COVID 19 crisis, first programme for the year 2020-21 will be offered online from 15th to 17th June 2020.

The contents have been modified keeping in mind the duration of the programme and online platform

Participants’ Profile:     Middle Level Executives in Technical and Functional Areas preferably working in Verticals such as Large Corporate/ Brokers, Divisional Offices, Regional Offices and Head Offices of Non-Life Insurance Companies
